Why men let the good ones get away

This question came up in my blog voicesofyoungwomenincrisis@blogspot.com and I wondered that very thing.  So why do men let the good ones get away? I believe perhaps because beautiful women go out in packs and men find it intimidating to approach a lady they find attractive and would like to get to know.  Or because maybe as women we overdo our appearance to what we think a man may want, rather than what they actually want.  If we're honest are we really being true to ourselves when we go out
